We are looking for the next Palo Alto Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team in Morocco. This position will have to:

• Palo Alto products promotion.
• Support the sales organization in technical aspects.
• Responsible for working with Vendor,  Business partners and End users.
• Identify opportunities based on Business partner and End user requirements.
• Technical:
  • Support Business Partners and End Users with product knowledge and technical expertise, solution selection, Proof of Concept, configuration, sizing and service recommendations based on End User requirements.
  • Design, create and optimize security solution architectures and system configurations.
  • Conduct technical workshops, enablement sessions, product demonstrations and hands-on training for Business Partners, End Users.
  • Support Business Partners throughout Proof of Concept and Proof of Value activities, from solution design and deployment to testing and final technical validation.
  • Assist the sales organization in preparing technical proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs and presenting recommended solutions to customers.
  • Keep up to date with new products, cybersecurity technologies and industry trends, while maintaining the required vendor certifications.
  • Educate internal sales teams and Business Partners on products, solutions, competitive positioning and security best practices.
• Sales:
  • Quote to order process: provide quotes, technical support, data sheets, placing purchase orders.
  • Active collaboration in the business unit achievements and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure customer and vendor satisfaction.
• Education:         
  • Engineer/5-year degree and 3-5 years of related experience.
• Experience:     
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including Endpoint Security, EDR, XDR, NDR, Email Security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Identity Security, IAM, Zero Trust and Cloud Security.
  • Experience with Routing, Switching, VPN, Network Security, SD-WAN, Wireless Networking, Public and Private Cloud, IPS/IDS, SIEM, SOAR, ZTNA, WAF, CASB, SASE, Secure Web Gateway (SWG) and Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW).
  • Knowledge of cloud-native security technologies, including CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP and cloud workload protection.
  • Experience in solution sizing, security architecture design, Proof of Concept execution, troubleshooting, technical demonstrations and customer presentations.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies, Windows and Linux environments, as well as public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform, is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French.
