As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This role requires overseeing the configuration processes, managing integrations with various systems, and coordinating release activities to ensure smooth deployment. The position also entails establishing and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across multiple teams and proactive problem-solving are integral to driving the success and evolution of the solutions under your leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and platform capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Design.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and efficient business processes within packaged or software as a service environments.
- Experience in managing integrations and configurations to support complex solution architectures.
- Ability to define and enforce platform standards that ensure system reliability and performance.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Competence in overseeing release management and deployment activities in dynamic settings.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Process Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
