Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration processes, coordinating integrations with various systems, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive solution evolution and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to establish best practices and standards for platform development and deployment.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail , SAP CAR ( Customer Activity Repository)
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Specialty Retail.
- Strong knowledge of configuration and integration processes within packaged or cloud-based applications.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Experience in managing release cycles and ensuring quality assurance throughout deployment.
- Familiarity with platform performance optimization and stability management techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
