As an Oracle SCM Costing - Senior Associate - Operate, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored Oracle technology solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. Your role will involve leveraging your skills to address complex business application consulting needs, focusing on Oracle technology to drive client success. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality work. You will guide and mentor others, using your skills to analyze complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team within our Oracle practice, contributing to the evolution of application services. You will have the opportunity to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, while embracing increased ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities to develop. Your work will be integral to the firm's strategies, and you will be expected to uphold professional standards and respond effectively to diverse perspectives.

Responsibilities

- Supporting client engagements by leveraging Oracle Technology solutions to drive business transformation
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to enhance application performance
- Implementing Oracle Data Integration strategies to streamline data processes and improve efficiency
- Developing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher reports to provide actionable insights for clients
- Engaging in process improvement and optimization initiatives to enhance client operations
- Collaborating with teams to design automation solutions that align with strategic technology planning
- Embracing change and fostering an environment of inclusion and intellectual curiosity
- Providing client support by actively listening and accepting feedback to refine solutions
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems and deliver client-focused results

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data-driven insights
- Embracing change and innovation in business transformation projects
- Engaging in strategic technology planning for process optimization
