As an Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Oracle practice. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and leveraging Oracle technologies to drive their success. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

Responsibilities

Have relevant techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud CX modules with hands-on working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud.

• Design, build, configure, and test applications and enhancements to meet business process and application requirements for Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of credit rules, roll-up rules, classification rules, and customization within Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud.
• Working experience in configuring and testing compensation plans end-to-end.
• Exposure to all modules of FIC (Fusion Incentive Compensation) such as Compensation Plans, Participant Assignments, Credits and Earnings, Payments, Approval Workflows, etc.
• Enablement of automated reports and dashboards using OTBI and data modeling, primarily using PL/SQL.
• Working experience in designing and developing OTBI reports and dashboards.
• Proficient in understanding business requirements and advising clients on strategy for Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud.
• Understanding of compensation concepts including incentives, bonuses, draws, etc.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Stay updated with periodic Oracle releases and leverage the latest standard best practices.
• Integrate and import data into the ICM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop optimal Sales Compensation solutions to meet business needs.
• Document technical requirements and complete configurations as per the provided design.
