Where You Make An Impact:
- Place and track purchase orders to suppliers.
- Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and internal teams.
- Review and resolve invoice and delivery discrepancies.
- Manage inventory levels across our multiple distribution centers.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze procurement performance and trends.
- Maintain master data in relevant systems.

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:
- Education in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and in using procurement software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
