Where You Make An Impact:

• Place and track purchase orders to suppliers.
• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Review and resolve invoice and delivery discrepancies.
• Manage inventory levels across our multiple distribution centers.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze procurement performance and trends.
• Maintain master data in relevant systems.

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:

• Education in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and in using procurement software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
