- AI Integration & Development Process Improvement
- Product Management (Web/App Development Direction)
- System Development (Front-end, Back-end, Mobile)
- Infrastructure Engineering (SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, DB Operations)
- System Planning, IT Strategy Formulation, & Project Management

Mandatory Qualifications:
- 3+ years of practical experience as an IT engineer, or in IT-related planning/management roles
- Empathy with Rakuten Securities' mission: "Innovating Asset Building.
- A strong desire to contribute to business and users through technical problem-solving.

Desired Qualifications:
- Practical experience in modern development environments, such as Agile development, DevOps, or AI implementation
- Experience in developing or operating systems that handle large-scale traffic.
- Domain knowledge in the financial or securities business
