Job Description

Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated Credit Advisor (Personal Loan Sales Officer) to join our team, responsible for promoting and selling personal loan products across Bangkok, its vicinities, and other provinces in Thailand.

Job Responsibilities**

* Proactively identify and approach potential customers for personal loan products.
* Present and explain various loan options, terms, and conditions to clients clearly and concisely.
* Assist customers with the application process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and UOB Capital Services' product offerings.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
* Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking, finance, or personal loans.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
* Customer-centric mindset with excellent service orientation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to travel within Bangkok, its vicinities, and other provinces as required.
* Fluency in Thai is essential, both written and spoken.
