About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter to own attorney recruiting from first contact to signed offer. This is not a coordinator role — you will build your own pipeline, source your own candidates, get on the phone, and close. You'll run a full desk: sourcing, screening, pitching, negotiating, and closing attorneys, with a monthly target of 15–20 hires. If you've run a recruiting desk before and know what it takes to hit a number every month, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting. Manage every stage of the hiring process for attorney roles — intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close — with minimal handholding.
• Source your own candidates. Build and work your own pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, bar association directories, referrals, and other channels. You are not waiting on inbound applicants.
• Cold-call and pitch. Reach out directly to passive and active attorney candidates, pitch the opportunity, handle objections, and move qualified candidates through the process quickly.
• Build your book of business. Develop and maintain a growing network of attorney relationships and referral sources you can call on for current and future openings.
• Hit your number. Deliver 15–20 attorney hires per month against a clear quota, with visibility into your pipeline health and conversion at every stage.
• Partner with hiring stakeholders. Work closely with practice leaders and operations to understand role requirements, market conditions, and shifting priorities.
• Keep clean records. Log activity, candidate status, and outcomes accurately in the ATS/CRM so your pipeline and results are always current.

What We're Looking For

Required

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing your own candidates rather than relying on inbound flow.
• Proven experience recruiting attorneys or other licensed/credentialed professionals.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and cold outreach; not deterred by hearing “no.”
• A track record of building and running your own candidate pipeline / book of business.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills — you can handle objections and get candidates to commit.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently hit a monthly hiring quota (15–20+ hires/month or comparable volume).
• Skilled with an ATS/CRM and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
• Highly organized and self-directed; able to run a full desk without close supervision.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  
  

Preferred (nice to have, not required)

• Prior experience recruiting specifically for attorney or legal roles at scale.
• Background in agency recruiting or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) where you owned a desk end-to-end.
• Familiarity with legal industry credentialing, bar admission requirements, or practice-area nuances.
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000 to 65,000 (depends on experience)

Schedule: Monday through Friday-8am-5pm onsite in Longmont, Co
