About The Role

We are looking for a Onboarding Enablement Manager, APAC to play a key role in enhancing our sales productivity in our APAC region. This role will design, deliver, and continuously improve sales onboarding for our new hires. You will work closely with sales leadership, enablement, and product marketing to ensure our field salesforce is equipped with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to achieve revenue targets and drive customer success.

What You'll Achieve

• Lead APAC Sales & Success onboarding by facilitating Notion’s Sales Bootcamp for new hires across the region

• Own the APAC Onboarding Calendar end-to-end, ensuring a consistent, well-sequenced new-hire experience

• Establish a clear communication cadence with APAC frontline leaders, setting expectations and ensuring visibility into each new hire’s onboarding plan and progress

• Partner with APAC Sales Leadership, Enablement and Revenue Operations to iterate on and deliver high-impact live sessions with clear objectives and strong SME alignment that is aligned to the global program and tailored for regional nuances (Korea, Japan, and APACx)

• Operationalize the pre-work, certifications, and continued learning path so assignments land at the right time and reinforce on-the-job performance

• Measure onboarding effectiveness through qualitative inputs (e.g., surveys), and translate insights into clear recommendations and iteration plans

• Create engaging, multimodal learning experiences (AI-assisted content, short-form video, podcasts, and activity-based materials) that help sellers succeed in their segment and reach their full potential with Notion

• Embed and reinforce Notion’s culture, product value, and customer-first mindset across all field enablement programs

Skills You'll Need To Bring

• 4+ years of SaaS sales experience

  • Including:

    • 2+ years full cycle selling

• Demonstrate agency to lead enablement within team

• Strong executive presence, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management abilities

• Clear understanding of B2B sales cycles, strategies, and buyers—ideally product-led growth, sales-led growth journeys, and enterprise sales

• Proficiency and ability to coach proven sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC, core sales competencies, and Command of the Message with practicality

• Self-motivated problem solver who excels in ambiguous situations and takes complete ownership of projects

• Creative thinker able to build engaging, outcome-focused content that drives behavioral change

• Coaching mindset with high empathy for new hires and current sellers, driving effective change by challenging perspectives and focusing the team on value-based conversations

• Proactive by nature, takes decisive action when identifying skill gaps or risks that could impact the success of enablement initiatives

• Culture carrier, with a strong ability and desire to roll up their sleeves and make an impact in a high-growth environment

• Fluency in Japanese and business-level in English
