We’re looking for a highly organised and people-centric Office Manager to join our team and serve as the bridge between our regional office and broader company culture. In this role you’ll manage day-to-day office operations, provide a welcoming experience for employees and guests, and support critical people operations initiatives - from onboarding to benefits to union relations.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives on human interaction, has the ability to juggle multiple work streams and brings local language and cultural fluency to the workplace. This is a key role that ensures our regional office runs smoothly, reflects our values, and supports our employees throughout the full employee lifecycle.

This is a full time hybrid role that will be held from our Bengaluru hub (4 days onsite).

What you'll do at Figma:

• Own the day-to-day workplace experience, serving as the face of the office and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive, safe, clean, and fully operational environment for employees, guests, and vendors
• Manage workplace operations and external vendors, including office supplies, equipment, facilities requests, service delivery, and vendor performance to ensure a consistently high-quality employee experience
• Plan and deliver local office experiences, including meetings, team offsites, celebrations, cultural holidays, ERG activities, and volunteer events, with flexibility to support occasional out-of-hours programming
• Partner cross-functionally with IT, Security, Facilities, and other teams to maintain seamless office operations and resolve workplace needs efficiently
• Support regional People Operations, including onboarding, right-to-work checks, HR documentation and administration, employment verifications, employee queries, benefits administration, payroll/time-tracking support, terminations, and other local People processes
• Act as a trusted regional partner to the Global People team, providing local context, language support, and guidance on cultural nuance to ensure employee communications, policies, and processes are appropriate and effective in-region
• Lead local workplace compliance and Health & Safety efforts, partnering with People and Legal to ensure employment and workplace practices meet applicable regulatory, labor, and cultural requirements
• Serve as a local liaison with relevant external and employee bodies, including employee representatives, unions, government entities, and local vendors, supporting required communications, documentation, collective labor obligations, and other regional needs

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in office management, people operations, HR coordination, or similar roles
• Ability to manage confidential information
• Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus
• Experience in managing local Health and Safety processes
