We're looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and improve our Workday platform, with a focus on Core HCM — configuration, reporting, security, EIBs, notifications, and alerts. You'll also take on configuration and testing for larger projects across other Workday modules. Success here means balancing hands-on day-to-day support with thoughtful, scalable system improvements.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM, including business processes, notifications, alerts, condition rules, validations, and related configuration
- Maintain and update Workday security roles and role assignments, partnering with stakeholders to ensure appropriate access and compliance with SOX and security best practices
- Manage the HRIS support ticket queue, triaging requests, resolving system issues, identifying root causes, and recommending process improvements; escalate complex problems as needed.
- Manage projects end to end, partnering with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, including work spanning modules such as Payroll, Advanced Comp, Time Tracking, Benefits, Performance, or Absence
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support business and compliance needs
- Create, execute, and troubleshoot Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations to support data imports, exports, mass updates, and ongoing business operations
- Support Workday releases by evaluating new functionality, testing enhancements, and recommending adoption opportunities
- Maintain documentation for configurations, testing, and standard operating procedures
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM business processes and administering security at a public company
- Experience managing an HRIS support queue or responding to end-user support requests
- Proficiency creating, executing, and troubleshooting EIBs, along with experience in Workday reporting, including standard and advanced reports and calculated fields
- Understanding of HR business processes across the employee lifecycle, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
