We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Attendant to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workplace. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the office by ensuring common areas are well maintained, assisting with office errands, and providing general support that helps create an efficient and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.

Job Summary:

The Office Attendant ensures the smooth daily operation of the office by maintaining cleanliness, supporting administrative tasks, and assisting with office errands and pantry needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the office, including vacuuming, dusting, and general tidying before and during shifts.
• Assist the Office Manager with errands, shopping for office supplies, and other administrative support as needed.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly; maintain cleanliness in the pantry and common areas.
• Wash dishes, clean kitchen/pantry areas, and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Provide general support to staff to maintain a comfortable and efficient work environment.
• Report any maintenance or office supply needs to the Office Manager promptly.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and lifting light items.
• Organized, reliable, and proactive.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in office or facility support is a plus.
