Location: Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya/Pathum Thani, Thailand
Purpose: Monitor data center infrastructure and IT systems from the Network Operations Center, ensuring proactive detection and rapid response to any issues affecting availability or performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor infrastructure and environmental systems via BMS and monitoring tools
- Track and respond to alarms from critical systems
- Create and manage incident tickets in ticketing system
- Coordinate response activities with engineering teams
- Communicate with clients regarding incidents and maintenance
- Maintain NOC documentation and runbooks
- Generate operational reports and dashboards
- Monitor access control and video surveillance systems
- Coordinate with Remote Hands team for physical tasks
- Escalate critical issues per escalation matrix
- Document all activities in shift logs
- Support 24/7 NOC operations through shift rotation
- Maintain updated contact lists and escalation procedures
Job Specification
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in NOC, helpdesk, or IT operations role
- Experience with monitoring systems and ticketing platforms
- Data center operations experience preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong computer and IT systems knowledge
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Customer service orientation
- Analytical thinking and problem diagnosis
- Attention to detail and accurate documentation
- Ability to work under pressure in 24/7 environment
Certifications (Preferred):
- ITIL Foundation
- CompTIA A+ or Network+
- Monitoring tool certifications (Nagios, SolarWinds, etc.)
Language:
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
