National Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and other sales activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing national clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations with national customers, both in person and remotely.
• Develop and execute account strategies to support the growth and retention of national accounts across multiple regions.
• Attend industry associations, trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with local Service teams and National Business Development team to ensure consistent support and execution for national clients.
• Travel as required to meet with customers, prospects, and branch locations.
• Promote Flynn's services and brand through marketing initiatives and social media channels.

Requirements:

• Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a business development or account management role.
• Previous experience in sales within the construction, roofing, or property management industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.
