What You'll Do
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning
- Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting
- Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding resident care
What We're Looking For
- Active California CNA certification required
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
- New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply
