What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting
  • Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning
  • Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
  • Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect
  • Maintain accurate documentation and charting
  • Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding resident care

What We're Looking For

  • Active California CNA certification required
  • Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
  • Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
  • New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply
