Synechron is seeking a Murex FO professional with 5+ years of experience to support technology initiatives, software delivery, and business-focused technology solutions.The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into technology solutions, and contributing to successful project delivery. The position supports business objectives through effective technology implementation, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment with technology roadmaps.The successful candidate will contribute to Murex FO-related technology delivery, solution quality, operational efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and sustainable use of technology resources.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Murex FO-related technology delivery, implementation, configuration, support, development, or related technology roles is required.
• Certifications in Murex, software architecture, cloud technologies, Agile delivery, project management, or related disciplines are preferred.
• Role-relevant training in Murex FO, software architecture, cloud infrastructure, Agile methodologies, delivery management, security, and technology operations is preferred.
• Continuous professional development is expected through technical training, certifications, knowledge sharing, professional learning, and practical experience with evolving Murex FO and technology practices.
