Job Summary :

疾患領域（TA）における科学的・教育的なメディカルサポートを、疾患領域およびバイオジェン製品に関連して、関連会社のクロスファ ンクションに提供する。 Medical Strategy and Tacticsを計画・実⾏し、必要に応じて強⼒なリーダーシップを発揮する。 TAのアソシエイトディレクターをサポートし、オフィスでのメディカル活動を⾏う。

Job Duties:

メディカル戦略と戦術:

・グローバル戦略、顧客インサイト、アンメットメディカルニーズに基づいたメディカル戦略と戦術 の⽴案と実⾏。社内（MKT、R&Dなど）および社外のステークホルダーとの連携。

医療情報:

・神経学の治療領域における医療情報の管理と提供の準備をサポートする。FAQ、コール センターサポート、医療資料、販促物のレビュー、コマーシャルチームの医療トレーニングなど を含む。

医療コミュニケーションと交流 ：

キー・メディカル・エキスパート（KME）とのコンタクトの確⽴と維持 アドバイザリーボード、メディカルセミナーの企画・実施

データ作成・公開：

・神経学およびバイオジェン製品の治療領域における疫学や治療に関する学会発表や原 稿の企画・実⾏ 共同研究、製造販売後臨床試験

ライフサイクルマネジメント/薬事戦略のサポート：

アンメットメディカルニーズを活⽤し、患者のニーズに基づいた追加のライフサイクル機会を開 発サイクルの中でローリングベースでサポートする

※その他、ビジネスニーズに応じて随時割り当てられる業務有

Minimum Requirements Skills/Behaviors (refer to Career Framework) ：

・マトリクス化された組織の中で、リーダーシップを発揮して効果的に業務を遂⾏する能⼒

・ビジネスレベルの英語と⽇本語（リスニング、スピーキング、リーディング、ライティング）

・プロジェクトマネジメント能⼒ 主導権を握り、複雑な問題を解決する能⼒

Minimum Experience Requirements ：

・製薬業界でのメディカル・アフェアーズの3年以上の経験

・疾患領域におけるKMEネットワーキングの経験が望ましい

Minimum Education Requirements ：

⽣命科学におけるMDまたはPhDの学位、または同等のEducation Level
