This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional who combines strong media expertise, strategic relationship management, and business development skills. You'll connect the offline and digital media ecosystems, build strategic partnerships, negotiate commercial agreements, and unlock new growth opportunities for our clients and business.
What you'll do:
- Build and develop strategic partnerships with key media owners, publishers, and digital platforms.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including media rates, incentive programs, and rebate agreements.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Lead client presentations, pitches, and commercial proposals, identifying opportunities to grow business relationships.
- Connect offline and online media opportunities to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
- Help establish and scale Monks' Partnerships practice in Mexico.
What we're looking for:
- 7–9 years of experience in media, trading, partnerships, business development, or account management.
- Strong knowledge of the Mexican media landscape, particularly offline media, with a solid understanding of digital channels.
- Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing relationships with major clients, media owners, or platforms.
- Strong executive presence, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
- Advanced English.
