تعلن أكاديمية وعد عن توفر شاغر وظيفي بمسمى منسق موهبة, للعمل على اكتشاف ورعاية الطلبة الموهوبين، والتنسيق مع برامج ومبادرات موهبة، وتنفيذ البرامج الإثرائية والأنشطة العلمية والإبداعية، ومتابعة أداء الطلبة المتميزين بالتعاون مع المعلمين وأولياء الأمور. يشترط خبرة سابقة في مؤسسة الملك عبدالعزيز ورجاله للموهبة والإبداع (موهبة) أو في تنفيذ برامجها ومبادراتها، مع امتلاك مهارات تنظيمية وتواصلية عالية وشغف بتنمية المواهب الطلابية.

Waad Academy is seeking a Mawhiba Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing gifted students, coordinating with Mawhiba programs and initiatives, implementing enrichment programs and scientific and creative activities, and monitoring the progress of high-achieving students in collaboration with teachers and parents.

Candidates must have previous experience with the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity Mawhiba  or extensive experience in implementing its programs and initiatives. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with a passion for developing student talent and giftedness, are essential.

Requirements

درجة البكالوريوس في التربية أو علم النفس أو الموهبة والإبداع أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.

يشترط خبرة سابقة في مؤسسة الملك عبدالعزيز ورجاله للموهبة والإبداع (موهبة) أو في تنفيذ برامجها ومبادراتها.

معرفة جيدة ببرامج الكشف عن الموهوبين والرعاية الإثرائية.

مهارات عالية في التواصل والتنسيق وإدارة البرامج.

إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي والتقنيات التعليمية.

القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل المسؤولية.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Gifted Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience with the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba), or experience in implementing its programs and initiatives, is required.
• Strong knowledge of gifted student identification programs and enrichment education practices.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and program management skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and educational technologies.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take responsibility for assigned duties.
