We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Global Risk Management team. The poisition is based in Tokyo or Osaka. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

・企業リスクマネジメントの高度化ニーズを持つ日本企業のお客様に対して、当社のグローバルなリソースを活用しながら、リスクの洗い出し、定量化からリスクファイナンス（保有・転嫁）の策定、リスク転嫁策としてのグローバル包括保険プログラムの設計手配など、リスクマネジメント戦略の立案や実行の支援を行っています。リスクマネジメントの知識や専門性を高めながら、日本企業の事業展開を支援することができる、やりがいのある仕事です。

We will count on you to / 主な業務内容：

・日系多国籍企業向けリスクマネジメントコンサルティング、企業保険仲介を中心とした法人営業

・火災・利益、地震、賠償責任、物流、D＆O、サイバーなど企業分野の主要な保険仲介

・全世界包括保険プログラムの設計、立案、運営

・社内専門家と連携し、以下提案

- リスク定量評価・分析提案（地震、PL、サイバー、D＆Oリスクの予想損害額算出）

- 自己保有額分析

- BCP策定、机上訓練

- キャプティブ設立フィジビリティスタディ、設立、運営

- リスクファイナンス規定策定

- その他特殊リスクに関するコンサルティングおよび保険仲介（航空、製薬PL、専門職業賠償、知財など

What you need to have / 必要な経験・スキル：

・保険業界経験5年以上（企業営業経験歓迎）

・英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き中心　※会話はビジネスレベルでなくとも可）

・優れたチームワークとコミュニケーションスキル

What makes you stand out / 歓迎要件：

・物流保険（海上・国内運送保険）の経験者は特に歓迎

・特殊リスクや保険に関する知識（再保険、知財、航空、D＆O、サイバーなど）

・企業の損害保険事故対応の経験
