Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and digitally savvy Marketing Manager, Specialist to lead employer brand marketing, digital channel strategy, and performance-driven marketing initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with business leaders, talent acquisition teams, and external partners to create impactful marketing strategies that support organizational growth and talent objectives.

Key Responsibilities,

Digital Marketing & Employer Branding

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to strengthen employer brand presence across multiple digital channels.
• Lead employer branding initiatives across platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri, company career websites, social media, and emerging digital channels.
• Own channel strategy, audience growth, engagement, and content performance across all digital platforms.
• Plan and manage paid media campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Enhance brand visibility through innovative digital marketing initiatives and data-driven campaign optimization.

SEO, GEO & Digital Optimization

• Drive comprehensive SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve discoverability and digital presence.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and digital assets for search performance and user engagement.
• Monitor digital trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

• Establish and maintain robust marketing analytics frameworks and performance dashboards.
• Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, website traffic, engagement trends, and conversion metrics.
• Deliver actionable insights through detailed reporting and measurement strategies.
• Utilize marketing data to identify opportunities, improve ROI, and inform future investments.

Website & Digital Channel Management

• Manage employer branding and talent attraction experiences across career sites and digital platforms.
• Monitor website engagement metrics and implement optimizations to improve user experience and conversion.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and effective digital execution.

Stakeholder Management & Strategic Planning

• Collaborate with business leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, marketing partners, and external vendors to align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, roadmaps, and campaign strategies.
• Drive project governance, execution excellence, and timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Influence stakeholders through insights, data, and strategic recommendations.

Leadership & Team Development

• Provide guidance and leadership across marketing initiatives and project teams.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional programs and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
• Master's degree or professional certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, SEO, or related disciplines is preferred.

• 7-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Employer Branding, Marketing Analytics, or related functions.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing strategic programs, projects, or teams.
• Prior experience working with or supporting Global Capability Centers (GCCs) is highly preferred.

This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana at Vanguard India. Only qualified external applicants will be considered.
