This position reports to the Head of Brand & Communications

Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Planning & Positioning:

• Develop go-to-market strategies for new venture propositions from concept to launch
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for untested business models
• Create positioning frameworks and value propositions for pilot projects in collaboration with the Brand & Communications team
• Define customer segmentation and targeting strategies for new audiences

Campaign Development & Execution:

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple ventures simultaneously
• Manage marketing budgets
• Develop creative briefs and oversee asset creation with internal/external teams
• Coordinate multi-channel campaign deployment (digital, traditional, partnership channels)

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as primary marketing liaison with Strategy & Ventures team and channel marketing managers
• Manage relationships with external partners
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams for regulated offerings
• Present campaign performance and insights to senior leadership

Performance Management & Optimization:

• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for new business lines
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on pilot learnings
• Conduct post-launch analysis and recommend scaling strategies
• Conduct monthly marketing reports in collaboration with channel marketing managers

Project Portfolio Management:

• Manage concurrent marketing streams for 5+ pilot projects
• Ensure timeline adherence for venture launches and milestone delivery
• Coordinate complex project dependencies across multiple business units

Qualification & Experience:

• 3+ years marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or high-growth environments
• Proven track record managing product/service launches from concept to market
• Project management experience handling multiple concurrent initiatives

Attributes Required:

• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)
• Experience with marketing automation platforms
• Strong Excel/data analysis capabilities
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies
