PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Oversee all aspects of multiple locations and brands within an assigned market of 6

to 8 stores.

• Lead teams to execute a high-performing sales culture focused on People,

Interaction, Presentation, and Execution, aimed at delivering a positive customer

experience, increasing sales, and controlling expenses.

• Build successful teams through strategic selection, training, and development.

• Supervise merchandising direction and operational activities; ensure asset protection

and compliance with company policies and procedures.

EXTENDING BRAND REACH:

• Maintain a genuine customer-first approach and align merchandise with company

standards.

• Ensure visual presentation and merchandising meet company standards.

• Promote a culture of customer service through the Behavior Pyramid: People,

Interaction, Presentation, and Execution.

• Execute visual standards, signage, promotions, and in-store setups.

• Use company tools to audit, train, and coach store teams.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly district.

• Foster a positive work environment through recognition and motivation.

SUPERVISORY / BUDGET / EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directly supervise 6 to 8 Store Managers and ultimately oversee all operations within

those stores.
