Job Description Summary

The Manager, People Partnering serves as a key advisor and business partner to leaders across EMEA Corporate Functions. While based in the Philippines, this role will operate as an integrated member of the EMEA People team and will work primarily EMEA-aligned hours to ensure strong partnership and accessibility to the businesses supported.

The role will partner with leaders across multiple corporate functions, supporting the execution of people strategies that enable business performance, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and build leadership and talent capability. This individual will provide day-to-day People Partner support while working closely with regional and global HR colleagues, Centers of Excellence, Employee Relations, and other specialist teams.

The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a global, matrixed environment, supporting leaders across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.

About the role:

• People & Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted People advisor to leaders across EMEA Corporate Functions, providing practical guidance and solutions across a broad range of people and organizational matters.
• Leadership Coaching & Advisory: Coach and support leaders on performance, team effectiveness, employee engagement, organizational challenges, and people-related decisions.
• Talent & Workforce Planning: Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, development priorities, and identification of critical talent and capability needs.
• Performance & Development: Support leaders through performance management processes, including goal setting, development planning, performance differentiation, and addressing performance concerns.
• Employee Experience & Engagement: Use employee feedback and organizational insights to identify opportunities to strengthen engagement, culture, leadership effectiveness, and the overall employee experience.
• Organizational Effectiveness & Change: Support organizational changes, restructures, operating model shifts, and transformation initiatives, helping leaders assess people implications and effectively manage change.
• Compensation & Reward: Partner with Total Rewards and business leaders on compensation reviews, promotions, job evaluations, and other reward-related decisions to support consistency, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
• Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee matters and partner closely with Employee Relations, local HR teams, and Legal as appropriate to ensure issues are managed consistently and in accordance with local requirements.
• People Analytics & Insights: Leverage workforce data and people analytics to identify trends, diagnose organizational challenges, and provide actionable recommendations related to retention, performance, talent, engagement, and workforce effectiveness.
• HR Programs & Execution: Support the implementation of regional and global People initiatives across the EMEA Corporate Functions population, ensuring strong execution and alignment with business needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with People Partners, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, People Operations, and other HR teams across EMEA and globally.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve manager self-service, and enhance the effectiveness and scalability of People Partnering support.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR or People Partnering experience, preferably within a global, corporate, or highly matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated experience partnering directly with business leaders and coaching managers on a broad range of people and organizational matters.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed or international employee populations; prior experience supporting EMEA businesses is strongly preferred.
• Strong experience across talent management, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, organizational change, and employee engagement.
• Understanding of the complexities of supporting employees across multiple jurisdictions, with the ability to effectively partner with local HR, Employee Relations, and Legal experts on country-specific requirements.
• Strong business judgment, problem-solving, and analytical capability, with the ability to translate people data and organizational insights into practical recommendations.
• Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and work effectively with stakeholders across multiple countries, cultures, and functions.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills, with the confidence to build credibility with senior leaders and challenge constructively when appropriate.
• Experience working within a global HR operating model and collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence and shared-service teams.
• Ability and willingness to work a schedule primarily aligned with EMEA business hours while based in the Philippines is required.
