As a Manager you will lead administrative support work across schedules, meetings, confidential information, and day-to-day coordination within our Business Services and Support team. As a Manager you will motivate, develop, and coach team members, use business knowledge to spot opportunities for improvement, and lead with integrity, authenticity, and technology-enabled delivery.
In this role at PwC, you will guide office support activities that help senior leaders and teams stay organized and responsive, while balancing priorities, reviewing work, and managing performance. You will also help develop team capability, support clear communication across stakeholders, and contribute to smooth operations within our Internal Firm Services practice.
Responsibilities
- Leading administrative support activities for executives and senior leaders across scheduling, meeting coordination, and correspondence management
- Managing confidential information, records, and office documentation with discretion and attention to detail
- Coordinating executive travel, event logistics, and meeting materials while balancing shifting priorities and deadlines
- Overseeing team workload, task allocation, and day-to-day service delivery to maintain smooth office operations
- Coaching team members on administrative procedures, service delivery, and use of office productivity tools
- Developing practical improvements to office processes, reporting, and workflow coordination
- Monitoring calendar activity, travel plans, and meeting arrangements to reduce scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes
- Reviewing administrative output, identifying issues, and escalating concerns when needed
- Using office systems, records management tools, and reporting applications to track requests and support decision making
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor Degree
- At least 7 years of relevant experience and 5 years leadership
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
