The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant and facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and production equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Execute scheduled and unscheduled repairs, rebuilds, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Support manufacturing operations by responding quickly and effectively to equipment failures.
• Conduct routine plant rounds, utility inspections, boiler and refrigeration checks, water readings, and wastewater sampling.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history files, spare parts usage logs, and work order documentation.
• Update wiring diagrams, control schematics, P&ID drawings, and maintenance documentation when modifications are made.
• Follow all safety, environmental, food safety, and quality requirements, including permit systems, PPE requirements, and Life Saving Principles.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and facility systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures and identify practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Working knowledge of three-phase electrical systems and motor replacement activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple maintenance priorities.
• Willingness and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, overtime, and emergency call-ins as needed.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and environmental compliance.

How You Would Stand Out

• Experience in food manufacturing, ingredient manufacturing, or process production environments.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems, spare parts inventory management, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Food Safety programs, and industrial utility systems such as boilers and refrigeration.
