Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage customer and internal requests related to product samples, quotations, technical documentation, and commercial support activities
- Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, Customer Service, Laboratory, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely request fulfillment
- Support the sales team in maintaining customer portfolios, commercial information, and account-related records
- Track and follow up on sample requests, quotations, and customer inquiries to ensure high levels of responsiveness and service
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting tools to support commercial activities and business decisions
- Assist in preparing customer presentations, reports, and commercial documentation when required
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and business processes
- Analyze customer requests and prioritize activities based on business needs and commercial objectives
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience, process efficiency, and service excellence
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, order management, or business support functions
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Intermediate to advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy

- Experience supporting commercial teams within fragrances, flavors, consumer goods, chemical, or manufacturing industries
- Knowledge of customer portfolio management, quotations, sample coordination, and commercial documentation processes
