Mahogany Bar | Food and Beverage Supervisor | Max Term (18months)

We have an exciting opportunity at Crown Resorts Sydney seeking a confident and motivated hospitality professional to join our Gaming Floor as a Food and Beverage Supervisor on a max term. The role is located in Mahogany Bar, located within Crown Sydney's premium gaming environment, this role delivers high-volume, luxury beverage service to gaming guests across the main gaming floor and private gaming areas.

About You:

• Previous supervisory experience in a premium bar, gaming floor or high-volume hospitality environment

• Strong leadership capability with a passion for coaching, mentoring and developing teams

• Exceptional presentation and grooming standards suited to a luxury environment

• Comfortable engaging with guests and leading by example in a highly visible role

• Strong organisational, decision-making and time-management skills

• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster across a 24/7 operation (overnights required)

• Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card required

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (subject to police and credit checks)

• Confidence working in a guest-facing gaming environment

• An ability to support and inspire teams while consistently leading by example

Desirable

• Chinese, Thai /or Vietnamese language skills desired
