As a Maintenance Person, you'll play a key role in ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and operating at the highest standard while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a casual Maintenance Person, you'll be responsible for a wide range of maintenance duties across the property. From routine inspections and preventative maintenance to repairs and installations, you'll help keep our facilities running smoothly while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly to maintain a safe environment.
• Complete repairs and installations
• Operate and maintain a variety of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Utilise CMMS/work request systems to manage and prioritise maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance works.
• Work collaboratively with team members and departments across the business.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company policies

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or handyman position.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using CMMS platforms or work request systems.
• A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
• A focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications & Licences

• Trade qualification desirable.
• Working at Heights certification.
• EWP (Elevating Work Platform) Licence.
