Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington is not hiring simply to fill an open position. We already have a strong sales team, but we are always interested in adding proven, talented sales professionals who can make our team even better.

The ideal candidate will have a successful history with Mercedes-Benz, deep product knowledge, and an established book of business built through repeat and referral clients. We will consider qualified applicants from other brands and sales backgrounds, but preference will be given to experienced Mercedes-Benz professionals with a proven client following.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the vehicle selection and purchasing process from the initial conversation through delivery
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone, internet, email, and showroom opportunities
• Present and demonstrate the features, technology, and benefits of Mercedes-Benz vehicles
• Explain purchase and lease options clearly and professionally
• Build lasting client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Provide an exceptional level of service before, during, and after the sale
• Maintain consistent follow-up and accurately manage client activity within the dealership’s CRM
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training
• Work toward and consistently achieve individual and dealership sales goals
• Conduct business honestly, ethically, and professionally

Sales Associate Qualifications:

• Mercedes-Benz sales experience is strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, technology, programs, and the overall ownership experience
• An established book of business with a strong history of repeat and referral clients
• A proven record of long-term success in automotive sales, preferably with Mercedes-Benz
• A motivated self-starter who is driven to succeed
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization, follow-up, and time-management skills
• Comfort communicating with clients by phone, text, email, and video
• A commitment to providing an outstanding client experience
