Centralia, WA | Full-Time | $28–$43 per hour

What you’ll do
- Give hands-on nursing care to residents in post-acute rehab and long-term care
- Pass medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Watch for changes in condition and keep the RN and care team informed
- Support and guide CNAs on your unit
- Keep clear, accurate documentation in the EHR
- Partner with residents and families on their care and recovery
What you’ll need
- Current Washington LPN license
- CPR/BLS certification
- A caring heart, good communication and a team-first attitude
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus, and new grads are welcome!
