The role

As we prepare for another beautiful Perth Summer, we are in need of individuals with outstanding customer service and a passion for keeping our guests safe around our Leisure facilities to join the Crown Resorts team as a Part Time Leisure Supervisor.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• The position plans, organises, schedules and allocates the tasks and activities of the team
• Assist to achieve the successful implementation, development and maintenance of all operational procedures, standards and goals
• Providing operational support 
• Demonstrating leadership to team members
• Provide consistent lifeguard duties to our guests in the Crown Metropol pool areas
• Ensure guests are safe at all times around the Leisure facilities

About you

You’ll bring the following:

• A passion for hospitality and customer service
• Excellent time management skills
• The motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment

This role requires you to provide: 

• RLSSWA Pool Lifeguard Qualification
• Provide First Aid & Resuscitation Qualification
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
