Owns all SCM Operations activities under file management for the customers under purview.

Key Activities include:

* All file management activities post booking.

* Documentation.

* System Updates.

* Operational finance.

* Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions.

* Supporting Customer Service in customer query resolution and exception handling.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and automation tools.
• Strong background in logistics operations, with understanding of end-to-end supply chain (3PL to 4PL perspective)
• Good knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping practices
• Experience handling exceptions and complex operational scenarios
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
