Overall Role

This position will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of services in the Facility & Employee Services with a focus on customer centricity, continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and compliance.

The responsibilities will include operations, maintenance, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, pantry management, and helpdesk etc.

Duties & responsibilities

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Lead Facility Manager will be responsible to manage the tactical delivery for the assigned property/facility and be the on-site key point of contact for client, stakeholders, and vendors.

This position report to local Director who is located at JLL HQ.

Team Structure：        JLL x 2 (including this position)

Client office location: Shin Yokohama, Kanagawa

Site Information: Shin Yokohama (x2), Ota Gunma, Hiroshima, Nagoya
*Hiroshima and Nagoya are managed remotely. Site visit is required for Gunma and another Shin Yokohama office for regular maintenance.

Service hour ：            9:00-17：30 on weekday including holiday
* Some public holiday is paid vacation days. There are company holidays in New Year, Golden Week and Obon. So total holiday including Sat, Sun, holidays are around 120 days in a year.

Candidate Specification

Key skills

–       Communication skill to establish trust relationship with team, vendor, users, client, stakeholder, Landlord etc.

–       Has a customer-oriented attitude, action; flexible, listen, proactive

–       Positive mind to improve for better service

–       Documentation skill to create report, manuals

Required skills

–       Over 3 years’ experience in Facility industry or some areas which utilize past experiences

–       Demonstrates proactive & professional approach to customer service.

–       People management

–       Business level English (both verbal and written)
