Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Lawyer or Associate to join our Corporate & Commercial team in Brisbane working with Brad Vinning.

About the team and the work

• This is an excellent opportunity to build your corporate law career within a growing and highly regarded practice, working directly with an experienced corporate partner.
• You will gain exposure to a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, investment rounds and commercial transactions.
• Work closely with founders, private businesses, investors and listed entities across a variety of industries including technology, health, infrastructure and professional services.
• You will be trusted with meaningful responsibility from the outset while receiving mentoring and support to develop your technical and commercial skills.

About you

• You will have 1 - 3 years' PQE, or be recently admitted with relevant pre-admission experience gained in a corporate, commercial or transactional practice.
• An interest in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions and private capital work, with a desire to develop your expertise in these areas.
• Strong drafting, analytical and attention-to-detail skills, together with a proactive and commercial approach.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm to learn from experienced practitioners while contributing to a supportive team culture.
