Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, your day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. You will focus on creating neural network architectures that efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. Your role includes conceptualizing model parameters and frameworks that enable machines to interpret natural language with high accuracy and relevance. Collaboration with various teams to refine model capabilities and ensure alignment with project goals is a key part of your daily activities, fostering innovation in language processing technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and optimization of language model architectures to meet evolving project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding best practices in model design and implementation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong understanding of neural network design and training methodologies.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and handling unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to optimize model parameters for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and language generation models.
- Skilled in evaluating model effectiveness and implementing improvements based on feedback.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
