Summary:
In the role of a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This includes working on the architecture of neural networks, optimizing parameters, and ensuring the models can effectively process vast amounts of unstructured text data. The role requires continuous evaluation and refinement of model performance to meet project goals, collaborating with various teams to integrate these models into broader applications, and staying updated with the latest advancements in language processing technologies to drive innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of large language models ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model architecture with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of large-scale data processing and model training techniques.
- Ability to optimize model parameters for improved accuracy and performance.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model frameworks and tools.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to model deployment and integration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
