Meet the team:
Working as a Lab Technician III (Chemistry) at Dexcom can be a rewarding role and a gateway to development within the medical devices industry. Our production takes place predominantly in a GMP chemistry laboratory and the role involves executing Dexcom’s manufacturing processes and testing procedures to the highest level of quality and precision. You will also be responsible for the laboratory
equipment, including daily calibrations, preventative maintenance, analytical testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of processes involving laboratory equipment. You will be responsible for manufacturing Dexcom’s Continuous Glucose Monitors on one of our shifts (24/7 Operation), ensuring the
highest quality product reaches our customers. We are looking to establish a culture of attention to detail, quality and safety with a focus on continuous improvement. You will become recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in Dexcom solutions manufacturing processes, chemistry laboratory equipment and will become a
leader in your area.
Where you come in:
• Experienced in solutions and/or raw material manufacturing processes
• Experienced in raw material and finished good testing (pH, conductivity, viscosity)
• Experienced in equipment calibration, IOQ, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Experienced in data tracking, trending, reporting observations, out-of-specifications and root cause
analysis
• Experience with writing experimental reports, summaries and protocols.
• Compliant to all quality procedures under QMS and an advocate for Right First Time principles
• Complete and maintain quality documentation under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Comply with all safety requirements and be an advocate for laboratory safety
• Complete tasks to predefined deliverables/targets as assigned by your supervisor.
• This position assumes and performs other duties as assigned.
What makes you successful:
• Typically requires 4-6 years of related experience and Leaving Certificate/equivalent qualification (L5), or 0-1 years experience and minimum level 8 degree
• 4 to 6 years medical device and/or pharmaceutical and cleanroom experience
• Experienced in a chemistry laboratory supporting manufacturing operations
• Attention to detail and experience troubleshooting equipment
• Be punctual, complete task efficiently
• Team player
• Growth mindset
• Proven ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and personal interaction skills
• Fluent spoken and written English

The annualised base salary for this position is from €37,230.00 to €48,180.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
