Specification Books
· Create and maintain comprehensive project specification books.
· Ensure each selection contains all relevant information needed for purchasing, installation, construction coordination, and client approval.

The right person is both creative and highly organized.
We are looking for someone who understands that excellent interior design depends not only on beautiful ideas, but also on accurate documentation and excellent execution.
You should be comfortable moving between a creative assignment such as producing a beautiful rendering and a highly detailed assignment such as verifying dimensions, updating a specification book, researching an alternate fixture, organizing vendor information, or tracking an order.
Because our client works across hospitality, commercial, and residential environments, we value someone who is curious and adaptable rather than limited to a single project type.
You are proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable asking thoughtful questions when necessary—but your natural instinct is to research, problem-solve, and move the work forward.
