Sobre este puesto de Junior HR Associate en Fresh Prints
About Us:
Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup. We work with talented student entrepreneurs and provide the working capital, training, and support they need to build businesses at their schools.
At most companies, recruiting is about filling open roles. At Fresh Prints, recruiting is about building the teams that determine where the company goes next. Every hire shapes how fast we grow, how well our teams perform, and what we're capable of building. That's why we don't see Talent Acquisition as a support function. We see it as a strategic capability that directly influences the business.
This role goes far beyond posting jobs and coordinating interviews. We're looking for someone who enjoys building pipelines before they're needed, questioning existing processes, and finding smarter ways to help great people discover Fresh Prints.
