We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead architectural design development and execution for high-rise residential projects. The role requires strong expertise in architectural design, construction documentation, detailing, consultant coordination, and site execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of high-rise residential architecture and the ability to take projects from design development through construction documentation and execution. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal design teams to ensure architectural intent is translated accurately into high-quality built environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development for assigned high-rise residential projects.
• Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Develop comprehensive construction documentation packages, including GFC drawings, schedules, specifications, and architectural details.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure effective design integration.
• Review architectural shop drawings and material submittals for compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify architectural execution, workmanship, materials, and design compliance.
• Identify and resolve design and technical issues arising during construction.
• Participate in client design presentations and communicate architectural concepts and technical solutions effectively.
• Respond to client, consultant, contractor, and site-team design queries.
• Guide, mentor, and review the work of junior architects and draftspersons.
• Maintain consistency between design intent, construction documentation, and site execution.
• Contribute to design coordination, detailing, quality reviews, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of professional architectural design experience, preferably across residential projects.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise residential architecture.
• B.Arch qualification from a recognised institution.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD with strong experience preparing detailed architectural drawings.
• Working knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows is preferred.
• Strong expertise in architectural detailing, particularly facades, joinery, material interfaces, and construction details.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, GFC drawings, schedules, specifications, and technical detailing.
• Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, landscape, and other specialist consultants.
• Practical understanding of site execution and the ability to identify discrepancies between drawings and actual construction.
• Experience reviewing shop drawings, material samples, and architectural submittals.
• Strong design-development and technical problem-solving capabilities.
• Good client-facing, presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to guide junior architects and draftspersons while maintaining high design and documentation standards.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, quality, and architectural consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple design and execution priorities while meeting project timelines.
