Wat doet de afdeling Risk Management en hoe ziet de rol van Client Advisor eruit?

• Binnen het accountmanagement team op de afdeling Risk Management (bedrijven met een omzet boven de €500 mil.) zijn we op zoek naar een Client Advisor voor onze locatie in Rotterdam.
• Bij Marsh Nederland wordt de Client Advisor gezien als de persoon die het overzicht behoudt over alle inside sales activiteiten.
• De Client Advisor is verantwoordelijk voor onze inside sales. In deze rol ben je de rechterhand van de Client Executive (Accountmanager buitendienst) en zijn jullie samen verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van passende risico-oplossingen van onze klanten. Marsh kenmerkt zich door haar wereldwijde netwerk en dat maakt dit een internationale functie met veel mogelijkheden.

 

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

• Adequaat reageren op vragen en verzoeken van klanten;
• Plannen en coördineren van activiteiten ten behoeve van de klant, denk aan halfjaarlijkse strategymeetings;
• Maken van presentaties ter ondersteuning van (sales-)activiteiten;
• Projectmanagement van o.a. het renewal proces (polis vernieuwing).

Je beschikt over:

• Een afgeronde Hbo-opleiding en 0-3 jaar werkervaring binnen de verzekeringsbranche;
• Je bent organisatorisch sterk en hebt een proactieve houding;
• Je bent klantgericht, stressbestendig en flexibel;
• In het bezit van een Wft-diploma Adviseur Schadeverzekering Zakelijk of bereidheid deze te behalen;
• Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en schrift;

What does the Risk Management department do and what does the Client Advisor role look like?

• Within the account management team in the Risk Management department (companies with revenue above €500 million), we are looking for a Client Advisor for our location in Rotterdam.
• At Marsh Netherlands, the Client Advisor is seen as the person who maintains an overview of all inside sales activities.
• The Client Advisor is responsible for our inside sales. In this role, you are the right-hand person of the Client Executive (Field Account Manager) and together you are responsible for providing appropriate risk solutions for our clients. Marsh is characterized by its global network, which makes this an international position with many opportunities.

 

In this role, you are responsible for:

• Adequately responding to client questions and requests
• Planning and coordinating activities for the client, such as semi-annual strategy meetings
• Creating presentations to support (sales) activities
• Project management of, among other things, the renewal process (policy renewal)

You have:

• A completed HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree and 0-3 years of work experience within the insurance industry
• You are organizationally strong and have a proactive attitude
• You are customer-focused, stress-resilient, and flexible
• Holding a Wft diploma (Financial Supervision Act) as Advisor Non-life Insurance Commercial or willingness to obtain it
• A good command of Dutch and English language in speech and writing
