We are looking for an experienced and hands-onย Site Supervisorย to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, quality standards, and project schedules.
The role requires strong site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, manpower management, and safety supervision skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with contractors, vendors, Project Managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project progress and timely resolution of execution issues.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site execution, manpower deployment, productivity, and work progress.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as perย approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitorย Civil, MEP, waterproofing, and finishing worksย across assigned project areas.
- Conduct pre-work and post-work inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Implement quality checklists and monitor workmanship, materials, and construction practices.
- Supervise contractor performance and ensure activities are completed within agreed timelines.
- Verify materials, drawings, measurements, specifications, and technical requirements before execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, Project Managers, consultants, and other site stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate design, material, quality, and execution-related issues.
- Raise, monitor, and follow up onย Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)ย until appropriate closure.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, includingย PPE, scaffolding, barricading, and safe working practices.
- Monitor project schedules, identify delays and site hindrances, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support contractors in achieving weekly and monthly project targets.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, manpower records, material records, inspection reports, and test reports.
- Verify measurements and completed works to support accurate progress tracking.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, rectification, and rework activities as required.
- Maintain proper site documentation and ensure records are updated regularly.
- Report critical execution, quality, safety, and schedule issues to the Project Manager.
- Support smooth handover and completion of assigned site activities.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experienceย in site supervision, construction execution, or a related civil/construction role.
- Strong hands-on experience managing day-to-dayย construction site activities.
- Good knowledge ofย Civil, MEP, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, measurements, and site execution requirements.
- Experience supervising contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site manpower.
- Strong understanding of construction quality-control processes and inspection procedures.
- Experience identifying defects, raisingย NCRs, and following through on corrective actions.
- Good knowledge of construction site safety practices, PPE, scaffolding, barricading, and safe work procedures.
- Ability to monitor project progress, productivity, manpower, and timelines.
- Strong coordination skills with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Good understanding of site documentation, daily reports, test reports, measurements, and progress records.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve site-level execution issues.
