Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support for incidents, service requests, and workplace technology needs across supported business units.
- Manage the IT asset lifecycle, including installation, relocation, configuration, upgrades, and decommissioning of devices and equipment.
- Support hardware and software asset management, inventory accuracy, tracking, and compliance activities.
- Troubleshoot end-user devices, printers, collaboration technologies, LAN connectivity, and local infrastructure issues.
- Deliver high-quality support for VIP users while ensuring service level commitments are met.
- Coordinate local technology projects, hardware and software upgrades, and procurement activities in line with company processes.
- Promote and follow cyber security standards, IT service management practices, and business continuity requirements.
Who we are looking for
- 3+ years of IT support experience within a large and preferably global organization.
- Strong experience supporting end-user computing environments, workplace technologies, and onsite infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, file and print services, and device troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting collaboration technologies, video conferencing solutions, and communication platforms.
- Understanding of server and network troubleshooting, asset management, and IT service delivery principles; ITIL knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills, including experience supporting VIP users.
- Strong sense of ownership, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
