Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Map business processes, perform gap analyses, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.

Coordinate Business Analysts, prioritize workloads, and support the timely delivery of project activities.

Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.

Analyze KPIs, reports, and business data to support informed decision-making.

Contribute to the digital transformation of margin management, planning, scheduling, operational decision-making, and refinery-related business processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex business or IT projects.

Strong requirements-gathering, process-mapping, and gap-analysis skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions.

Experience coordinating Business Analysts, prioritizing tasks, and managing workloads.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent analytical and critical-thinking abilities.

Experience using KPIs, reporting tools, and data insights to support business decisions.

Fluent Hungarian and English language skills.

Advantages:

Experience in digital transformation projects.

Experience in the Downstream, oil and gas, or refinery industry.

Familiarity with margin management, planning, scheduling, or refinery-related business processes.

Experience working in multi-workstream programs involving interconnected systems.

Experience mentoring colleagues and coordinating BA teams in complex project environments.
