Your Team, Your Impact

What You Can Expect

• Help onboard new interns by supporting pre-hire communications and events, swag creation and distribution, and more! 

• Maintain landing pages for pre and post-hire resources, newsletters, and slide decks 

• Assist with coordination of internal trainings for the intern managers and mentors 

• Plan intern events (kickoffs, socials, networking, and developmental sessions) 

• Support communications: draft and send newsletters, program updates, calendar invites, and Slack messages 

• Maintain the intern program calendar, schedule meetings, and help with basic reports and data management (excel)  

• Remotely coordinate logistics for our 15+ North America intern offices (Zoom support, catering, room bookings, expensing, and shared team email alias) 

• Work cross-functionally with support teams such as HR, Communications, Marketing, IT, site security, etc. 

• Create and analyze surveys, recap documents, and feedback summaries post-events 

• Support global intern initiatives such as our annual Global Intern Event, swag logistics, and communications

What We're Looking For

• Enrolled in a co-op eligible program in Communications, Operations, Event Management, Marketing, HR, Business Admin, or some related focus. Not majoring in any of these? We are open to all applicants. 

• Can begin working full-time in January 2027 and stay through the summer intern program, which concludes in August 2026 

• Great written and verbal communicator with a professional tone 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Confident using tools like Excel, Zoom, Outlook Calendars, and Slack  

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects and deadlines 

• Enjoys creating structure, staying on top of follow-ups, and improving processes 

• Interested in not only supporting the Summer 2027 Marvell Intern Program but also being a participant! 
• Comfortable working Full-time in Office
• Eligible to travel to the US without restriction
