Your next career opportunity:
You will support strategic international partnerships, providing analysis, advice and coordination that advance the University’s global ambitions.
You will develop relationships across Northeast Asia and beyond, identifying education and research collaboration opportunities and innovative partnership models.
What you will deliver:
- Produce intelligence briefs, market analyses and reports to inform international engagement and partnership decisions in Northeast Asia and other regions.
- Contribute to business cases, proposals and implementation plans for new institutional partnerships and strategic international projects.
- Support development and delivery of regional strategies, education and research collaborations, and innovative transnational education initiatives.
- Coordinate international visits, delegations and events, ensuring effective programming, stakeholder engagement and timely follow-up actions.
- Maintain high-quality partnership management processes, including relationship tracking, governance support and continuous improvement of systems and frameworks.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Hold a relevant degree, or bring an equivalent combination of education, training and international engagement experience.
- Demonstrate strong written communication skills, including preparing briefs, reports, correspondence and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects and administrative activities concurrently, exercising sound judgement, diplomacy, discretion and careful attention to detail.
- Build effective relationships with international partners, understanding cross-cultural sensitivities and engaging confidently across diverse contexts.
- Apply experience in process development and improvement to enhance partnership management, reporting and evaluation practices.
- Bring experience in higher education, work in another country, or fluency in an Asian language.
